Banana Crisp Energy Bites
Banana Crisp Energy Bites
-dried banana crisps
-peanut butter
-chocolate chip or piece of chocolate
Sandwich them together as desired. The nice thing about these bad boys is that you get the potassium from the banana crisps and the whole thing has a ton of energy (read: calories). Also, instead of using fresh banana the banana crisps prevent the whole thing from getting soggy. The chocolate is hidden inside the peanut butter in this picture.
Whiskeyed Fruit / Fruity Whiskey
Whiskeyed Fruit / Fruity Whiskey
- Whiskey (cheap is fine, and encouraged because the whiskey will take on the fruit flavor)
- Fruit (I did prunes, and that was delicious)
1. Put a desired about of whiskey is a jar.
2. Put fruit into jar until it reaches the top of the whiskey level.
3. Cover and let sit out.
4. Wait at least 24 hours. You can serve immediately, but the exchange of flavor between the fruit and whiskey will not have gone very far so you'll basically have whiskey wetted fruit.
5. Serve
